What wood do you use in your products?

Most all of the wood we use is grown by us right here in Eugene, OR. If it's a wood we don't grow, we always source it from local suppliers. Each piece is carefully selected for its unique grain patterns and character. We work with reclaimed and live-edge wood whenever possible, giving new life to beautiful timber that might otherwise go to waste. Every item tells the story of its wood—no two pieces are exactly alike.
Can I customize or personalize my order?

Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces. Many of our handcrafted wooden items can be personalized with engraving, custom stains, or bespoke dimensions. When ordering, there's a place for customization information, if that item doesn't have that optioin, just reach out. How long does shipping take?

Most items ship in 1-3 days. Personalized items ship in 5-7 days. Handcrafted wooden items that are made to order typically ship within 2-3 weeks, depending on complexity and current order volume. Print-on-demand items ship within 5-7 business days. We offer free US shipping on all orders. Once your item ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. We take great care in packaging to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition.
How should I care for my wooden items?

Wood is a natural material that develops character over time. To keep your piece beautiful, dust regularly with a soft cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme humidity. For food-contact items like serving trays, hand wash with mild soap and water, then dry immediately. We recommend applying food-grade mineral oil or beeswax finish annually to maintain the wood's luster. Each item comes with detailed care instructions.
What's your return and exchange policy?

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a handcrafted item with any defects, we'll replace it at no cost. Custom and personalized items cannot be returned, but we're happy to work with you if there's an issue. Print-on-demand items follow standard return policies. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you have any concerns. We want you to love your piece!
Do you offer gift wrapping?

Absolutely! If you would like an item gift wrapped, just reach out on the contact form.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we offer free shipping to all US addresses. International shipping is not available as a standard option at this time. However, we'd love to work with you!
