Handcrafted from a mix of locally grown Heirloom Apple, Walnut, and Oak alongside locally sourced Maple and Cherry, this edge grain board offers a warm, distinctive palette that you won't find in any store-bought board. Each species brings its own character: the creamy warmth of Apple, the deep richness of Walnut, and the subtle variation of Cherry and Maple woven throughout.

At approximately 16" × 11.5" × 1.5", it's sized for serious prep work and refined enough to double as a serving board straight from the kitchen to the table. The edge grain construction offers excellent knife-friendliness and long-term durability, while a 400-grit sanding process leaves the surface exceptionally smooth. Four hand-applied coats of natural mineral oil and beeswax enrich the wood's natural tones and protect the surface over time.

A routed juice groove runs along the outer edge to catch liquids during carving, and non-slip rubber feet — secured with stainless steel screws — keep the board stable on the countertop. Because each board is made by hand from natural hardwood, no two are exactly alike.
