A little treasure chest made from two beautiful locally grown Oregon woods.

This handcrafted treasure chest-style box combines the rich, warm character of locally grown walnut with the lighter tones and distinctive grain of locally grown ash.

The top, bottom, two sides, and base are made from walnut, while the remaining two sides are ash. The contrasting woods give this little chest a beautiful look and make the natural grain stand out from every angle.

The hinged lid is fitted with brass hinges, adding a classic treasure-chest detail that complements the warmth of the wood.

Inside, the bottom of the chest and the underside of the lid are lined with soft black felt, creating a finished, protective space for whatever treasures you choose to store inside.

The entire box is finished with tung oil, which brings out the natural color and character of both the walnut and ash while giving the wood a warm, hand-finished glow.
