The lid is crafted from a stunning piece of heirloom Apple wood, chosen for its unique tone and subtle figure. Apple wood has a softness and quiet elegance that contrasts beautifully with the warmth of the pecan body.

Engraved into the Apple lid is an intricate heart mandala design — detailed, symmetrical, and centered around a heart motif that gives the piece a meaningful, romantic presence.

The corners are joined with clean, precise miter joints, allowing the grain to flow seamlessly and creating a refined, heirloom-quality look from every angle and the bottom is lined with purple felt.

The entire box is hand-sanded smooth and finished with hand-applied tung oil, which penetrates the wood to enhance its natural glow while maintaining a soft, satin feel.
